Being a teacher is full of ups, downs, and in betweens. I love the look on a students face when they learn how to read. I love when students can solve problems on their own. I absolutely love when students feel proud of their work, and want to share it with the class. This blog is going to be full of moments in the classroom, pictures, and sometimes videos. Making Connections Parade

Wow! Did we have fun Making Connections, cheering, laughing, and also making connections to the story of the week! On their post-it notes are how they connected to the story.

Text to Self- When they heard the story, they connected to the story themself
Text to Text- When they heard the story, they remember hearing a story like that
Text to World- They have heard/seen something on the news, or the real world that reminds them of their story
